Due to a system failure in some Tokyo Tech Mail servers, users were unable to log in to Webmail from 5:45 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. The system has now been recovered.
*This failure does not affect email delivery.

Due to the part of Tokyo Tech Mail servers' failure, some emails from 2 October 8 p.m. to 3 October, 6 p.m. were delivered at night on 9 October and it was a week delay eventually. I would kindly ask you to confirm that if you missed reading any emails from 2 October to 3 October.

  • Date of system failure occurred : September 14 13:30 - 15 11:00, 2017

Authentication settings’ failure caused disconnection to Tokyo Tech Portal and Tokyo Tech Mail for a while.
We have tentatively recovered the mail system by returning to the old mail system, which will be used until 14:00 September 22.
